CVCT was recently awarded a grant by the Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF), the oldest and largest community foundation funding programs in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, to evaluate the impact of the services offered by CVCT.
To conduct the evaluation, CVCT will partner with HARC, a local nonprofit that specializes in research and evaluation. HARC will survey CVCT member organizations, program participants, and scholarship recipients to better understand the impact that these core services have had on at-risk youth in the east valley. Additionally, the project will explore the unmet needs that can be addressed by the CVCT Collaborative moving forward.
The survey and evaluation project is expected to take one year to complete and is intended to provide the CVCT Collaborative with a roadmap for working with its members to implement effective programs and services to address the needs of at-risk east valley youth in the future.
